— In 2015 the Boudin King Cake was invented right here at boudinlink.com. It became a viral success and 2016 has shown that it is more than just a passing fad. When it became clear that we could not address the demand for this savory/sweet hybrid we brought our concept and recipe to Twin’s Burgers and Sweets in Lafayette and they did a phenomenal job of putting the Original Boudin King Cake into production.
